We have a No Refund, Exchange only policy within 15 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us using the chat now on website If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Exchanged items must be received by us within 30 days of the original bought date. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as lingerie or undergarments (lingerie, camisoles, underwear etc.)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
